My daughter has blossomed this weekend in confidence and skills. The training and fashion show were top notch as she worked with the best in the industry from America’s Next Top Models to Wilhelmina... I was blown away by the education and positive exposure they provide through the Preview Models platform. As the CEO and Editor-in-Chief of national Inspiring Lives Magazine... I have spent the last two decades at fashion weeks, shoots and on sets around the world... I wholeheartedly trusted Preview Models for providing a quality intensive weekend experience to propel a model/actor’s career.

Crazy experience.

I got the chance to audition in Honolulu this past weekend. I’m so excited to be apart of this journey.

I got to meet Laura James and worked with Brittney Sharaun this past weekend. Not only did I get that opportunity but also Don Benjamin popped in and made an appearance. Wow. So excited to be on this journey that I would not have if it weren’t for the Preview Model team.

They are by far very honest and all hard working people. So many on this site try and discredit the company as if “they” are the professionals. It’s actually ridiculous some of the comments on here. I spoke with Josh Weinstein about this and he is the first to tell you this is not a guarantee and nothing is promised as far as entertainment is concerned but opportunities will be there and we have to put in all the work and take this as a business opportunity, because that’s what it is.

People think they have talent or a look that will do it for them. Get real ! You have to invest in your craft and your career and trust in yourself that you are ready for this. This is not just sign up and be famous.

How ignorant can people be. I seriously don’t get it. The negative responses on here remind me of watching In Living Color the “Little Magic” skit “Go on little Magic, your a star” !!! Maybe try to put in effort and work on yourself and what it’s actually going to take to make this a career.

If it was easy everyone would be doing it. Preview Models is a tool that is going to enable me to pursue my passion in entertainment and give me guidance from people currently working in the business and put me in front of decision makers. Period. That in itself is more than enough for me.

And if it’s not enough for you go be a local promo model.

Unbelievable how this amazing opportunity is totally misconstrued by “Little Magic’s”

I love you Preview Models and I’m so thankful for everything your doing for me. Koa Lupa

Protip for whoever working for Preview Models who is writing these: Real customers do not get this personally invested and worked up over seeing other people's negative experiences and they don't delude themselves into thinking even worse *** about the people who got scammed. If you want to at least appear to have positive reviews, you need to write them from the perspective of a theoretical satisfied customer.

Right now all of your fake reviews read transparently as the owner, an employee, or an employee/owner standing over a model pressuring and telling them what to write.

It's okay honey, running a tried and true scam like a modelling hustle is a different skillset than writing believable fake reviews. Maybe you could hire a company with expertise in this area instead of trying to do it yourselves?

Seriously you discredit this site the most. Lol. Get a Life already. Poor sad individual.

Lol.

I should copy and paste this on all 10 of your relpys and posts. Do something with your life weirdo.

These people made it sound like they have found agencies that are diverse and open to models who are not your typical young, 5'7" and above girls. But when the agency callbacks are announced, it is pretty obvious that there is discrimination based on age and height. This industry is full of people like these.

HELLO EVERYONE, Josh Weinstein here. I would like to take the time out of my day to discuss a few things with everyone. First of all as you can see here, anyone can write anything they want true or false information on this site so make sure and look at all the positive things going on with the company. We have so many great things going on internally and are so excited to see the successes and blossoming careers of our past models and future preview models and the amazing opportunities ahead for all those involved. Most of the reviews here are by satisfied clients that have been through the Preview Model Productions, so take the time out and see for yourself. There are also a few negative and false remarks left by others that really show ignorance and desperation in attempts to ride the coat tails of the company to show some kind of relevance in this world. It is very unfortunate that we have to deal with things like this, but that's part of running operations day to day. Yes believe it or not there are some out there who don't like to see success happen, or are a part of it for a short while and get the bug and want the opportunities for themselves but are not willing to do the proper work needed to get themselves there. ( No matter who you are, things are not given to you... You are not entitled to anything... You must do the work to get what you want in life.. Those who prey on others success will never have it for themselves) At the end of the day We as a company have numerous success stories and want positive energy for all those in moving forward. We are here to guide you through the correct channels and give you the proper tools necessary to have an exciting career in the entertainment industry. If you are reading this and are considering a career in the entertainment industry and are possibly being considered for Preview Models and an upcoming show then I say congratulations and FOLLOW your dreams. We have legitimate success stories and references, and can share those with select clients, and would be happy to do so. We are an open book and have not a thing to hide, so PLEASE ask us directly. Thank you for reading and I personally wish all the love and success to all of you..... And remember.. CONFIDENCE/HARD WORK/ DETEMINATION = SUCCESS

Lifetime Opportunity

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I went to an Open Casting for Preview Models last year in my Home town of Salt Lake City. I was very skeptical about the process and the company at first.

I went out on a limb and joined the Production. I have to say..... What an amazing journey I have been on since then. Preview Models did and gave everything and more promised I have since the production moved to Los Angeles and signed with my management company.

I’ve been going out on castings and just this last month booked my first paying “real” job. I’m so excited to see where this journey will continue to take me. I’ve been so blessed to be able to follow my dreams and actually work in Hollywood. Thank you so much to Josh, Sarah, and Greg for all the opportunities.

With out you guys none of this would of been possible. I’m glad you guys keep going And hope that you continue for years to come. I truly love all of you and of course all my Preview Model family. I can’t believe all the hate that people spew here.

Truly disgusting and ignorant. But like they say you know you’ve made it when you have a trail of haters. Keep going Preview Models. And for those thinking of joining........

“Do IT” this company and the people work hard for you.... as long as it’s your thing and you are passionate about following your dreams this is an amazing opportunity to do so.

AWFUL

I did the preview models in March 2018. So I saw an advertisement for this preview model audition in November 2017. Lie #1: they claimed over 400 people were auditioning that day and it was less than 100 when I came. They said they were auditioning late but that couldn’t be possible because there was only one time given to audition. The people made us watch a video of their last preview model gig and it was obviously edited to make it seem better than it really was. I auditioned by doing a runway walk in front of model, Laura James and was then interviewed by some random woman. She asked me typical questions, “why are you wanting to model”, “what are your hobbies”- things to make you think this is real. A few hours after my audition, I got a callback for the next day. I arrive and the woman talks to me about the preview model trip to LA in March. Lie #2: They tell us that only 15 people out of 400 get call backs but when I came back during my callback, there were more than 16 people there talking to preview model “workers”, I asked about that and the woman’s excuse was that they need to do more callbacks because some people wouldn’t be able to go to the trip in March. A big warning sign that this whole thing was a scam is that they made you pay that same day of callbacks to go on this trip. It was more than a thousand dollars and they do not pay for airfare nor hotel expenses. It’s more than $2000 if you pay for VIP which gives you more leverage, or so they claimed. I payed for premium. Another warning sign was that after you sign the contract and you would like to cancel it, you don’t get around $900 plus back. It’s a whole con. My mother and I asked every question in the book. We asked about the bad reviews we found about them and they said that people like to troll (we barely found any bad review because they probably hide them, this one was probably well hidden or deleted). We asked why they make us pay right away, they say that they need to know the body count ASAP. We were at the callbacks the longest because we were drilling them with questions about it being legit. Unfortunately, we caved in and signed the contract. We thought it was legit because they had the model, Laura James there but they were obviously paid and we soon figure out how much they didn’t care about us. Lie #lost count: During callbacks later that night, there were more than 15 people. Later in the months as it gets closer to March, we’ve only received one email from some woman who organizes and helps with planning the event, Sarah. She sends a “welcome packet” to everybody in November. Later we realize that we were suppose to get emails throughout the months giving more info on the trip so we email Sarah that we haven’t gotten anything. She sends us an email that she claims she sent it to everybody. We keep finding out that we kept not getting these emails. (Make sense?). So here we are shooting emails back and forth to each other, asking questions about comp cards, what to bring, what’s the schedules, etc. And Sarah has the nerve to email us telling us that she is “only one person, and cannot keep emailing us”. Um, lady, this is your job. So how about do your job. This was our first warning about how Sarah really “cares” about the people who paid over a thousand dollars to do this shindig. We are finally able to find out and buy everything for the trip to LAX. The list of things to bring was bizarre, and I ended up not using more than half of the stuff that was listed. Thus, wasting money. March comes up and I’m in LAX with my mom. The airline lost my suitcase containing my things and I tell this to the preview model people. I told them because I had everything required but my luggage wasn’t there yet, I asked because their emails were clear that if we didn’t have everything listed or was late than we couldn’t make it up and may not be able to participate. All they said was “don’t worry about it” and walked away. They did nothing to help me. Fortunately, I was able to get my luggage back that same night. The next day was the runway day. It was very unorganized. We were organized by group numbers and I kept getting the shaft of everything, also because I was not VIP. I got last for everything and no one cared. The other people there were overweight, weird looking, and highly full of themselves. Obviously the people there were the ones dumb enough to spend the money, like me. The day of the runway, we practiced our runway walks by the help of hired, Laura James and Brittany Sharaun. Majority of VIP got their hair and makeup done “professionally”. Sarah reassured us that we will all get our hair and makeup done an hour before the runway show. We arrive at this dirty club off of sunset called “Boulevard3”. It’s a small place. Lie #lost count: They claimed over 400 people will be attending to watch but there is no room for that amount of people. And it ended up not even being a full house. The runway show was *** Our “dressing rooms” were just on the second floor- open to the rest of the club, they used curtains to separate us. And there were only 11 makeup artists to do 88+ people’s hair and makeup. They did not have enough time to do all of us models so we had to cancel our rehearsal runway show. I waited 3 hours to get my makeup and hair done and the woman doing my makeup/hair was nice but she took 3 hours to finish (so 6 hours wasted). I did not look like myself and it was trashy, I looked like a *** It was not very professional. And I was only able to get it done by pushing my way through, that’s how you’ll be able to get anywhere in that stupid group of preview models. Another warning about Sarah is that at the club she says that she is not responsible for us not being able to get our hair and makeup done. She obviously does not want to be held responsible for us not getting our makeup done since she assured us earlier with confidence we would be able to get everything done. trying to cover her *** while we struggle. There were agents at the runway show but the majority seemed uninterested and on their phones. For all we know, they could've just been random people hired to act like acting companies. Next day we did pathetic group photos and individual pictures, they were not at all professional and only took around 2 individual pictures and awkward group photos. They wasted a lot of our time making us wait and sit doing nothing, then they’d forget about us until someone asks. And no one would ask questions because Sarah was such a rude *** who would always get mad if you asked a question. They do not care. Hopefully that’s been made clear earlier. Last day was interviews with agents, the agents didn’t care, they’d ask your name, age, where you’re from and maybe what you do or plan on doing in the future. Then they told me how Austin (where I am from) has a lot of local places and to try that. I already know that, I’m not here for you to tell me that, I’m here for you “agents” to tell me whether they’d be interested in hiring me or not. The gist of preview models is that they are good liars who care only about money, they could give a *** about you and your career. We spent more than $2000, this includes: fare for preview models, airfare, hotel fare, taxi fare, list of items bought, food, and tourist things.

thank you for sharing! I am so sorry that you got conned into this bafoonery.

it sucks because they know we are gullible and are looking for any open window to get our foot in the door. when I got the call back there was this one girl that I just knew would not get a call back based on looks and her walk (not trying to come off as a *** but I'm being honest) but yet she got a call back. I Never saw this Sarah character, but I did experience the tit for tat emails and she is one sad individual. when I tried to call the business line it was a freakin cell phone?!?!

if a part the package you paid for said you were to get your hair/makeup done and you paid for it they need to follow the contract. i was lucky enough to back out of it because i went by my model name instead of my real name. the pigs were so money hungry they didn't even bother to ask for id for verification.

So eager to swipe my card they neglected to check the name on the card so my contract was voided. again i'm sorry you were not as fortunate and i hope in time these scam agencies will cease to exist.

Or it's because it's true? I went to one of the Auditions and he said it was going to cost money for a 6 month online training course.

That's a *** scam. I've don't legit training with legit talent schools.

They taught red flags. Preview Models is full of red flags.

Guest

Oh Linnie.. my name is Candace and I must ask you if you went to a “legit talent school” would you really be going to auditions and then bashing them because you can’t afford it?

Don’t you know “legit” talent schools cost thousands of dollars? Sweetie, the real red flag is that you are putting your business and lies out in the open. Now I have actually been to a school of arts as well as many other people because it’s competitive. Even the best in my class are still struggling.

You are really living up the saying “fake it till you make it” except you obvi don’t really invest in your career so the making it part... mmm not so much? If you went to a legit “talent school” you would think they would train you on professionalism? Hm..

guess you didn’t pay attention in class? I went to the audition in Phoenix AZ (because I’m also in the University of AZ- invested in myself for that too) because my good friend asked me to join her and they don’t even do anything with online classes. Yes money is a factor but I guess I wouldn’t know what it’s like to not be able to obtain such a great opportunity because I’ve been investing in myself for years sweetie. ( ; but it’s all good!

Throw your shade, us successful models need someone to do the free shows and productions that’s get you no where, keeps the creeps of OUR back.

Peace and love to you snake, and hopefully some income. * ;

Scam scam scam

Preview Models - Scam scam scam
Preview Models - Scam scam scam - Image 2

No modeling runway should require YOUR payment.. Ask any REAL modeling agent.

Scam scam scam , you can get experience for free ... you dont Necessarily need to spend 6k or even 50$ to get “experience”.. less than 5% if ANY of these “models” chosen will get signed by an agent... They choose alot of “models “who arent up to industry standard ..

which is why they wont get signed .. waste of time and $$, Get experience by LOCAl fashion shows & submit digitals & submissions to a real modeling agency.. High fashion models are 5’9 and have 31-24-34 Measurements ...

most if not all (unfortunately) modeling agencies require this , Yet this company is choosing 5’4 5’3 etc models who are out of shape , and yes , petite modeling is a thing ... but not if youre out of shape ...

It's all just hype. Preview staff say they have about 86% callbacks.

BUT callbacks DOES NOT mean you get signed to an agency. A callback just means they thought you were interesting enough to be considered. When it comes to signing, I would guess that about 1% of all callbacks land a contract with an agency. Although an agency made a "callback" that is just so you then email the agency and you might get a generic response saying, "we are sorry, but we are not interested" or "we're moving in a different direction." With Preview Models, you're paying for a one-time experience of a small runway, not for an agency contract.

The production show is never filled to capacity, NEVER!! And, the majority of attendees to the show are family/friends of the models. It felt like only about 25% of the agencies Preview Models claimed would be in attendance, actually showed up, and about 50% of those that did show up to the production show, showed up to the meet and greet with models. The agencies that did show up to the meet and greet it's their job to show up to these events, photograph and take the pictures back to their agency...it is not their decision to sign you.

Think about it, why would recognized and established agencies show up to a small production when they are getting hundreds of electronic submissions by aspiring models on the regular...and btw you can apply and submit for FREE!!! I meet the typical "standard" of a model, both in height and measurements, and I'm not that bad looking either, but nobody is a sure contract.

Everyone there, with the exception of the models and, possibly the designers, are making money. It's a market, a tough one at that.

Guest

Any agency or company that asks for money from you is scam. Don't fall for it! Submit for free.

Guest

You are so correct this is definitely a scam I attended the one in March 2020 they make you pay a lot of money and see agencies who act like their interested and the never call you , you shouldn’t have to pay a dime when it comes to modeling , and then they choose these certain people that don’t look close to being a model that’s cause they just want your money and just selling hopes and dreams this company is a big scam and they know it that’s why they say production company so it want fall back on them ! They stuff they doing you might as well fly yourself and pay for your own hotel and see agencies on your own smh they are horrible !!

Suckmycock F

It's a scam I went threw the runway show and they dont sign anyone they just lie and still 5,000 dallors from you I know I went threw they ruined my confidence and to my knowledge they signed none of the girls there *** and should be reported and shutdown who's with me they dont deserve money there such evil people

Guest

Very true. These people are scammers and pay people to come on here and post fake positive reviews.

But they also start arguments and post nasty comments responding to their negative reviews. That in itself is a red flag. Nah I knew it sounded sketchy when they requested money upfront before booking you for a show.

Instead of taking %20 of my booking fees. Beware of these scammers preying on young people's dreams.

Such ignorant people who write these comments. Almost comical.

Let’s see anyone of you go to Hollywood not invest a dine in yourself and expect greatness to happen. Haha. Unbelievable how ignorant people are.

It’s a scam. I’m signed to multiple top agencies in multiple states and countries.

The only money you should invest is for test shoots to build your portfolio and comp cards that the agency itself charges for. Once signed* with an agency they will charge agency fees taken out of of the money you receive from jobs. Agency fees.

If you want training there are multiple model coaches who will help you everything you need and will charge half of what this place is asking. You can submit to many model management companies for free and they will give you guidance

Oh by the way if you can't make all the payments in time by their deadline they will "transfer you" for an ADDITIONAL $600. these people are no different from the people selling you skin products and flat irons in the middle of the mall.

Original review Feb 22, 2019
I got a call bright and early from a friend saying ANTM was in my city doing castings. I get dressed and race to the casting to only see the season 19 winner was there and it was not anything like what we were told it would be.

I figured, hear what they have to say and what they can offer. Ladies and Fellas, these people are not genuine! they gas you up and tell you that you have the look and what it takes to anyone that walks in the door. they will tell you anything you want to hear.

You are told to walk for Laura James and you could see by the look on her face that she was not the drafter and was just sitting there for show. they say they only have 15 spots available and only 15 ppl will get a call back and if you miss the call too bad, on to the next person. LIE! EVERYONE GOT A CALL BACK!

they set up a time for one group to come back the next day at 1pm and the other group to come at 4pm so you won't run into the other people that also got the call. right there that was sketchy. I looked through the pamphlet they provided and did not initially think it was a requirement to participate in the event. this 4 day event will cost you at least $3-4 grand and that does not include your traveling cost of flight, hotel, car rental, or eating.

what they ask for is simply not equivalent to what they provide. It's sad that these people make their come ups off of individuals desperately trying to make their dreams a reality. you pay this amount and have no commitments no guarantees or even proof that when you get their that the modeling agents/agencies are who they say they are. but it is a guarantee that they get your hard earned money.

the contract asks for you to write your credit card info down from the card number, exp date and 3 digits on the back. NEVER EVER PUT YOUR BANK INFO DOWN IN WRITING!!! after I signed shortly after I reconsidered. the contract says you have 24hrs after signing to send by mail your cancellation letter!

I think we all know that the post office does not mail letters within 24 hrs. how silly does that sound. I put $550 down and they told me that I can cancel m contract but my $550 is theirs to keep. they said that it was the registration fee.

neither the sales person nor their contract said that the $550 was part of the registration fee. the guy told me that what I put down was to hold my spot after he pressured me into signing for he was considering 3 other models prior to talking to me.

i am going back and forth via email as of now but have filed a BBB complaint and have an appointment tomorrow to speak with an attorney I'm sorry a lot can be done with $550 that alone is a flight for 2. do not get blindsided by these malicious con artists!!!!!

Wow. Thanks for the review!

It honestly sheds light on how *** people can be! And how people think they deserve everything for free. When I say people I mean you “no name”. You are bogus.

Seriously. Go ahead and walk into an agency yourself you think they will just sign you on the spot because you think that you look good enough and don’t have to work for it? HAA!!!!! This industry is so competitive it takes a lot to get signed.

I’m signed and my acting classes to better myself cost $500 a month!! & I was directed by my agency to attend these classes so I’m ready when they send me out on castings. You can’t just be another *** off the street with unrealistic expectations. You may be “pretty” but that will NEVER be enough.

I’m sorry I’m not trying to hate on you but you obviously don’t got it for this industry. Especially with your personality. You can’t put a little money forward for an opportunity? Maybe you are broke and got embarrassed?

Whatever it is this industry is not for you babe. You sound like all you can afford is a McDonald’s diet every day. Bless your heart I hope you find the Industry that matches your personality, and financial status. Preview Models keep shining on!

Thank you for giving me my confidence and helping me to see what’s real in this industry! Sincerely Sammie

Lmao unfortunately for you you wrote all of that for nothing. I won’t bother wasting my time to read your tomfoolery.

I doubt you’re even one of the suckers that got scammed in this sham. More than likely your one of the low lives that offer this bs you call an “opportunity”.

Don’t be mad that unlike you I recognized the difference between “opportunity” and “final sale” because trust and believe if you all that they wouldn’t make you pay $500 a month for some cyber training videos. Lmfao jokes on you sucker.

PleasedHalibut, WOW! I Must say, if you really do represent this so called agency they should be embarrassed to have someone like you on their team.

But, I honestly doubt you because if you were truly so pleased with this company and this "opportunity" you say you were given is so golden, then what are you doing here on this website? Most importantly why do you feel the need to demean people for leaving their honest feedback? what do you accomplish out of dragging people other than making yourself come off as a disturbed, ignorant, pathetic individual. You are truly small minded and arrogant to honestly think that your ugly uncalled for reply makes you come off as "confident" and should be ashamed.

you can not determine one's personality based off a review but it's not hard to see that based off your reply that your personality is a *** show. !FYI! aspired models, do not be fooled by these undercover reviewers. There was a post made by a Josh Whinestein where he admitted to scamming people and selling them a fake dream and knowing they will not be able to deliver.

They then say that they post fake positive reviews to boost there company back up. How unethical can these people be? Understand that modeling scouts are looking for models that are ready to work. If you were truly model material and had what it took and auditioned by walking for these supposed model scouts, had all this potential that they claim you have, they wouldn't force you to pay thousands for modeling training classes monthly.

The whole point of auditioning, providing a portfolio of your previous work, and walking is to show that you are more than just a pretty face and have the modeling skills they are looking for. They gas you up to make that sale like all other sales people.

Do not be the next victim. and do not let low lives lived this shallow halibut character make you feel like you can't achieve your dreams are anything less than great.

Preview Models Modeling Service Review from Scottsdale, Arizona

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

READ FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

Ladies and gentlemen my name is DARIEN TURNER. I was one of the casting directors for Preview Models from January, 2018 to October 1st 2018. I quit the company along with Breann Bauer, another casting director that actually went through the production process, and worked with them after. Look us up and message us on I.G. if you have any questions after reading this. On top of this we have photos, messages, recordings of conversations and a lot of models that have gone through the production that are not happy with their experience that I am in contact with. I have a lot of compelling evidence I would be happy to share with you upon request as proof. Ultimately you should make your own decision based off all the evidence

First off, in my opinion A MAJORITY OF IT IS MISLEADING AND A LIE.

I have never seen any award winning project runway designers like they are told at auditions, there haven’t been at the last three productions I’ve been working and we even scramble to find designers last minute. There are not 30 agencies in attendance, I have never seen this. For instance, July had only fourteen and to be honest, I’m not even sure they are all nationally ranked. Most people are too excited to actually pay attention and notice these things or know any better. It’s a cheap looking shaky stage at the production with definitely not as many people in attendance as they claim. As far as the 86% success rate, people do your homework.

The “company headquarters” is a P.O. box in Scottsdale, AZ and the phone you call is an iPhone they gave us to make it seem you were calling “the office”.

In short our job was about “finding talent” and getting them to pay in full for these “modeling services” and getting commission off of every contract. We tell them that they've been selected as a "finalist" but in truth we call almost everyone with a script and tell them that to increase our chances of getting as many people to pay.

I want you to know I QUIT because the company clearly was taking advantage of people and their kids that didn't know any better. AS FAR AS THESE REVIEWS you see BELOW this one before 10/21/2018. I DID THAT.

I sat with each person at the production starting in march 2018, my first production. I literally typed most of their reviews and told them what to say. As far as the random reviews you see on here, Breann, others and myself were told to leave reviews and make it look like people were leaving positive reviews and excited for them to come to their city.

Reason one not getting paid for work we did and constantly late paying us and were unreliable and unprofessional. We are waiting on Josh and the CFO Nick Cipriano, who works for Morgan Stanley to pay us for work done for the company with no resolution to date. We have had to resort to hiring an attorney and contact the Bureau of Labor Industry. At which point Josh wrote Breann threatening her and trying to intimidate her with "You pissed people off with money, and you will feel the full effect of it" (then just pay us?) and "let's part quietly". (I wonder why?) And we aren’t the only ones they owe people.

At this point I walked away and feel much better. It's crazy people will do anything to be included because it looks so glamorous and exclusive and they have never been to L.A.

Literally the last guy that worked for the company Nick Rains, warned me of all of these things. A lot of lies were told to get people excited and sell them on the idea of being a huge star. By making you sell yourself to them, to accept you. Honestly you guys and girls I feel it's not worth it at all. Breann and I are extremely disappointed in Josh for lying to all of you, promising things that aren't true. The reason I quit is because of the many red flags. Reason one, Josh dating one of the girls going through the production WHO WAS 16 YEARS OLD, Josh is almost 40.

When I met her she was 17 and literally just turned 18 in September. She lied about her age to everyone so no one would know. I dealt with racist remarks, as well as discriminating remarks toward my culture and beliefs and religion that made me extremely mad and uncomfortable on numerous occasions.

I wanted this experience to get my foot in the door like many of you and found out it’s a sham and that Josh’s character is hollow, a mask. I figured that I should let you know. It has to stop here or it will continue to happen to people that work for this company or go through the production. At the end of the day right is right and wrong is wrong.

There you have it a full review of this business what it involves, what it’s like working for the owner as well as what to expect if you go through the production.

As a complete outsider on this entire situation, and nothing to gain other than maybe helping others to weed out who is more likely to be lying or telling half truths, I believe the original poster Darien for a couple specific reasons. To start, his entire complaint was prefaced by him using his full name, and being fully transparent with his info.

He even offered his IG info in case anybody wanted to see concrete proof of the problems that he is addressing. The people responding to the complaints are Anonymous and you would think that if you were truly passionate about a man being falsely accused you would stand by him, name and all. But the biggest giveaway (I think) is that none of the rebuttals to the original complaint truly address or disprove the allegations about the company and the owner. In fact, the responses are primarily composed of insults, personal attacks, distractions through unrelated success stories, and deflection.

Having a positive experience with the company does not automatically mean that others have not had bad experiences, nor does it disprove the original allegations made. They redirect the reader to what a terrible employee the original poster allegedly was. There are constant references to the original posters alleged lack of character which serve the purpose to take the attention away from the owner and the original complaint. Then once the reader is assumably distracted they are reminded of what a great company Preview is without ever actually addressing the problems that were brought up.

In short, even if the owner is innocent, he sure is doing a good job of incriminating himself. Sincerely, A stranger who grew up in a household of pathological liars and had to learn how to recognize tactics of deceit.

Wow just glad i did not fall for it tonight i was told that i was a finalist so i came to the meeting today at 1 in which there were like 40 girls and i was told yeah u were chosen then i was asked for atleast $650 now and payments to equal like $2760 total nobody has that kind of money on hand then we were told another group was coming in after us which didn't make sense because supposedly only 20 would be final the guy that i had for my so called interview said don't tell anybody but u girls here first were the top choices that's why everyone was giving hugs shaking hands im thinking if only 20 girls are getting selected why is everyone getting offered the packages hmmm it just seemed fishy to me so before i left today i sat out in the hall and every single girl said they got an offer!! Of course alot said they couldn't afford it i was actually gonna bring my money back at 6 to pay but did the research and feel like my gut feeling was right all along i have been preparing and prepping all weekend! Sucks but i dont understand why they say not everyone gets picked it sure seemed they did or maby they say yes to all then when they get max amount for the training they turn girls away i don't know!!

Unfortunately, this long-winded review comes from someone who consistently under-performed as an employee of the company that decided to leave at the brink of being let go. Sadly, this person is uneducated and playing with fire as they continue with slander and defamation of character.

This is a prime example of how a disgruntled employee does their best to speak ill of their past employer. If this type of effort was actually put into their work, they possibly could still be employed. It’s similar to how an athlete with a bad attitude acts when not making the team. They do everything to point fingers and blame others as opposed to evaluating themselves.

This was repeat behavior from this person. Knowing both Darien & Breann, these are people that are not to be trusted. They are dishonest. The review above is filled with fabrication from a very personal standpoint.

The executives of this company have supported these people financially in some of their hardest times - paid their bills, offered loans, generously offered hospitality. And this is how they are repaying them. I am by no means a petty human being. However, it is very difficult for me to stand back and see them speak of the honorable good people of Preview Models.

Preview Models has begun a countless number of careers which I have witnessed first person. I have seen enthusiastic clients go from zero experience to signed and consistently working in Los Angeles. Preview Models is open & tranparent; we don’t guarantee that any of our clients get signed.

We clearly explain what this opportunity entails. We take so much pride in our success stories, their personal growth, and dedication to inspiring many.

What a very sad attempt to cover themselves. With that being said, for everyone reading this I have nothing to gain.

That is why I put my name in the review, but keep in mind they have everything to lose. The {{Redacted}} is real, look up Calie Tagle and see her age, google map their headquarters and see for yourself that it’s a post office, which raises the question where are you calling? Reach out to me for the pictures and text messages and see for yourself. The verbal racist remarks I can’t show you but I assure you happened.

I can prove the discrimination of my religion with text screenshots. After posting that the CFO has reached out to me trying to pay me and settle this. Again I have screenshots to show you. I am a med student based out of Portland Oregon and was the top five selected for a pediatric program at OHSU.

I am far from dishonest and uneducated and have nothing to hide. Unfortunately you can tell a lot about these people by their response and keeping themselves anonymous. Wouldn’t Human Resources handle something like this if they were legit? These people have never helped me financially and in fact cost me a tremendous amount of my own savings and time.

I left of my own free will, their attempt at trying to discredit my performance is a small effort to convince you that I am the problem. They are trying to shift the focus of everything I stated above, to my character. Again they had no plans of paying Breann or myself that is why we took legal action against them. My attorney helped with that review.

I am in fact within my legal right to post the original review so long as it is the truth. Defamation is when you lie about someone or a company. Think about it, if what I said was a lie they would have the right to sue me but they haven’t and can not.. think about that.

Again I’m not the one making money off of you by you doing this production. In business this company is what we call a classic bait and switch. They hype you up with words like fame, America’s next top model and nationally ranked agencies. When you are in that heightened state that is when they sell you.

When you get there, that is when you see the truth. I have your best interest in mind even without knowing you.

Do not take any of this lightly. In the following days you will see some of the models having gone through the October production posting real reviews of their unsatisfied experience, stay tuned.

I am the parent of a young girl who has done about 2-3 shows with Preview Models. She is doing great!

She is signed with a manager and an agency is getting so much work I am so proud of her. What I am shocked about is who do you think you are Darien? I am blown away from everything you are saying. How dare you?

You are really lying! You are such an embarrassment to yourself. I am the manager at my own workplace and I am truly disgusted by you! If you were let go as you were saying why would you not move and and better yourself?

Is it because you are lazy? Or you are upset because you were obviously not needed? Or you cannot get a job because you want everything handed to you? I’ve dealt with many people like you through my many years of work.

I am thirty nine and you are most likely young in your twenties but you are shameful. I would never let you work for me and I would tell every next job what a horrible employee you are. As a parent to all the parents I had an amazing experience and my daughter got to shoot with one of the agencies after this last production and have been doing great work! I am very proud of her.

You were not at the last show Darien and the team was great! You and your girlfriend were rude and my young daughter of 12 noticed you two having personal issues? When I went to write my own review you were being rude to your boss? At the show I saw everyone working but you were doing nothing.

No wonder you no longer work for them! I love everyone on the team they work hard and they welcome me and my daughter back to talk about her success and what we are up to. They love us and we love them! We’ve actually moved to LA since our first production.

If you are a medical student did you not get any jobs because you are lazy? You don’t take the time to better yourself or your career? Possibly it’s too late for you because you waste your time being so distasteful. I am very upset at this review because my girl has done so many great things and you are discrediting her hard work.

You also talk bad about a young woman on the team and that is seriously shameful. She was amazing to me and my daughter and I trusted her to look after her through the times the parents had to give their kids time to work alone. I also know she is a legal adult as we had many conversations this last October Show? I’m not sure why you are using her and talking wrongly of her.

You telling random people on this website to google her and putting her name on here is seriously wrong. You can get in trouble for that. Also it was seriously stupid because google has the oldest photos. She is a LEGAL adult.

She is a bright young women and she will go places for you to try and ruin that or do whatever you are trying to do DOES reflect on your character. As a parent who knows what goes on at the shows I would 100% say what you are doing is deformation. I will back that myself. I will be reaching out to Sarah and the team in regards to being an outside witness.

You can write all the fake reviews you can slander and try to stain preview models but you will go nowhere in doing so as you said you have nothing to gain so you are just spending your time creating issues and lying and using people’s names. You are disgusting and I hope you never get hired elsewhere.

You are completely entitled to your opinion, but not once did I resort to name calling or lying and I will not lower myself to that level. What I am using is truth that is why I am completely comfortable putting myself out there and speaking about this.

Again for people reading this, I quit of my own cognizance. I have thirty five models who currently feel the exact opposite of this comment from the last production alone.

They can try to discredit me here as much as they like but it makes no difference. I have your best interest in mind, re read my original review and do not get side tracked by others commenting on here speaking hate into existence.

Guest
reply icon Replying to comment of Guest-1596713

your right I am entitled to my own opinion. So are others that you are orchestrating this into a hate page because why?

These 35 people are being USED by you. I know from mine and my daughters experience that if we had a problem we could figure it out with the TEAM not with you who was obviously let go for a great reason. If these models didn’t get signed they should of tried harder? My daughter got signed twice because we put in the work.

You’ve lowered yourself beyond levels. You are full of hate because you failed? You didn’t do your job and they didn’t need you afterwards? You have NOBODYS BEST INTEREST IN MIND.

You are doing this to make yourself look good. I’m not sure how anyone trusts you? You’ve filled this page with hate. Nobody else.

You literally just basically said my daughters success isn’t real and that nothing she is doing is real. That is seriously upsetting to me. I picked up my life and moved to LA and I know two other little girls who’s mother did the same after going through preview models and they are going on so many jobs. Their success is fake too?

The agencies didn’t sign them? They didn’t make it into the industry? Guessing everyone should start living miserable lives because you are? Everyone should not go through this LEGITIMATE opportunity because you got your feelings hurt apparently?

If you are an adult you don’t act like one, my advice to you is GROW UP. GO GET A JOB. Unless you can’t because you are a sadistic pathological liar and you aren’t a liability to anyone you work for. You obviously have too much time on your hands to be such a hateful person.

Reaching out to 35 people to cause more hate, they could try and meet with the agents like my DAUGHTER did!!! I really can’t even accept this. Where is your success? Lying and putting people down instead of motivating them to try.

All those agents that go to the show are there for them, you are taking that opportunity away from them. You are poisonous to anyone you get involved with. I hope Karma gets you. My daughter is already SUCCESSFUL.

THANK YOU PREVIEW MODELS. You had no part in anyone’s success.

My Preview Models Experience

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I went into Preview Models not really knowing what I was getting into. It turned out to be the best surprise ever!

The staff is amazing and truly do help you every step of the way. They hold your hand and teach you everything you need to know from how to walk on the runway to how to talk to the agents, from how to take great photos to creating the best possible comp card. They take to time to help you be successful an have this be a positive experience. The runway show is not only professional but it is so much fun!

You get to walk for great designers and learn what it is like to walk in a professional show. Meeting the agents is a great experience as well. All of the agents are nice and really want to get to know you as a model and a person as well.

Everyone involved in this process wants you to be the best version of yourself and is ready and willing to do whatever it takes to help you achieve that. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to get into the industry.
